How Many Portable Restrooms Do You Need for Your Event?

You’re not alone. It’s one of the first questions we get from event planners, and honestly, it’s one of the most important. Nothing derails a great event faster than long restroom lines. 

Start With the Basics:

A good starting point is 1 portable restroom per 50-75 guests for a 4-hour event. But here’s where it gets real – if you’re serving alcohol, throw that number out the window. Beer and wine mean more restroom trips, plain and simple. We always recommend bumping up your count by 25-30% for festivals, beer gardens, and any event with an open bar.
